Hawaii Tigers Contribution Options

About Us

Hawaii Tigers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that strives to serve the Hawaii baseball community by providing development and exposure opportunities for high school athletes. Our alumni has grown to 22 and are proud to say that all 22 have reached the collegiate level. Our journey began in 2021 when COVID-19 cut short the high school baseball season. Our family began running free workouts for the kids on island to help them continue their development. The opportunity to start a team became evident when the interest of our workouts began to grow. Later that summer we took the first group of Hawaii Tigers to the Ohio Valley region to play 14 games in a 2 weeks. The goal of the trip was to play against good competition so players could develop their game. We looped this initial group the following summer and saw tremendous growth. However, prior to the trip, the war boosted the cost of airfare, hotels, and gas. Rather than ask for more money from the players we decided to stick to our word and kept the price of the trip as promised. In total our family took a $40K hit and it was at this time we decided to move in the direction of establishing Hawaii Tigers as a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit. In 2025, we will embark on our 5th journey to the Ohio Valley region where we will play 20+ games in a 3-week time span vs top tier competition.
